Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Corporate branded orders can be shipped under DAP or DDP terms, which means all duties and taxes are included and pre-paid. We can also ship via Express services if your in a time crunch.
What is your lead time?
Laser-engraved orders will be dispatched within 7 days, and color-printed logos will be ready in 14 days. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I order multiple colours?
Yes, you can order multiple colours. We require a minimum of 50 units per colour.
Can I get custom packaging?
Yes, we offer custom packaging options for orders over 500 units. Reach out to our team to find out more.
How does the trackable tree planting work?
With your order, you'll receive a QR code that you can scan to see exactly where your unique trees have been planted around the world. All trees are planted in your company’s name.
